I’m a qualified Executive Coach, holding a Practitioner Diploma in Executive Coaching with AoEC. This programme has been accredited by the main internationally recognised coaching bodies – being one of the few triple accredited programmes worldwide – the International Coaching Federation (ICF), European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC) and the Association for Coaching (AC). 

I’m also a Clarity4D Accredited Business Partner, so I’m able to offer personality profiling for individuals and teams.

Having successfully led a Senior Management Team, 5 multi-functional departments and many large-scale business transformation projects I’m experienced in helping people set powerful goals, handle change and break through personal barriers to achieve the changes in behaviour that they want.

My aim is to help leaders deal with the emotions of overwhelm and self doubt that are often experienced during times of change, or career transition.

Prior to starting my coaching business I spent over 14 years as a senior business leader. I’m Chair of Trustees for Caudwell Youth, a Trustee for an outplacement charity and have an ILM Level 7 Award in Strategic leadership. I’m passionate about delivering social value so I share Coach The Difference profits with Caudwell Youth, to provide mentors for at-risk young people. This can support your Corporate Social Responsibility Strategy.

My style is described by clients as calm, intuitive, professional and transformational. I offer a wide range of coaching programs and services from individual coaching to workshops, mentoring and keynote speeches. I’m committed to my development as a coach, investing in ongoing CPD. I have regular supervision and I’m a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
